A. Terms of use

InEventos.com is a portal whose ownership belongs to Intercodes Solutions S.A., Cédula Jurídica: 3-101-523033, company incorporated and with registered office in Costa Rica.

InEventos.com makes available to visitors and suppliers a virtual space that allows them to communicate in order to contract services. InEventos.com does not intervene in the improvement on the contracts made between users and suppliers, nor in the conditions stipulated. So it is not responsible for the pertinence, quality, integrity or legitimacy of the services offered, acquired or rendered by The providers to the users.
 
The use of the portal by visitors and registered suppliers is free, however, such use could be subject to acceptance of the General and Particular Conditions indicated below.
 
Any person who does not accept these general terms and conditions, which are obligatory and binding, must refrain from using the site and/or services.

B. Content, legal terms and responsibilities

The portal contains general information about the business model of InEventos.com and a search engine for service providers and other content developed by the owner of the same, which are for informational purposes only.
 
These may not reflect the latest news, so at any time such content may be modified and / or replaced by new ones, without prior notification, or any liability whatsoever.
 
InEventos.com does not guarantee the access and continuous or uninterrupted use of the site. The system may not be available due to technical difficulties or Internet failures, or for any other circumstance outside of InEventos; In such cases, an attempt will be made to restore it as quickly as possible without any liability being attributed to it. InEventos.com will not be responsible for any errors or omissions contained on its website.
 
The user that hires any of the providers registered in the Portal, does so at their own risk. InEventos.com can not be held responsible for a service provided by any of the suppliers that do not meet the expectations of the contractor.

Since InEventos.com is a meeting point between the user and the supplier and does not participate in the transactions between them, the supplier will be responsible for all the obligations and tax charges that correspond to the sale of its services. InEventos.com can not be held liable for any breach of this obligation.

C. Intellectual Property

InEventos.com and its logo are property of Intercodes Solutions S.A.
 
All content, such as texts, images, combinations of colors, or any other element, its structure and design, the selection and presentation of the contents included therein, and the computer programs necessary for its operation, belong to the owner of the portal.
 
The software used in the Portal belongs to Intercodes Solutions S.A. or its software providers.
 
Reproduction, modification, copying, use, distribution, commercialization, public communication or any other use of the information contained in the Portal, including its design, without prior notice and express consent of Intercodes Solutions S.A. is prohibited.
 
The contents assigned to InEventos.com and in which the source is indicated, are the property of their respective owners.

D. Registry

The visitor of InEventos.com can access a large part of the services without having to register as a user. However, in order to register as a provider, it is mandatory to complete the registration form. 
 
The information provided must be accurate and true. InEventos is not responsible for the accuracy of the data provided by the suppliers.

E. Personal data protection

All information received by the Portal, through searches, posting of data, or any other means, will be treated with the strictest and absolute confidentiality and will have the necessary protection in order to avoid its alteration, loss, or unauthorized access.
 
All those users who provide their data through the web will have the rights of access, rectification and/or cancellation of their data, without any opposition.

F. Particular conditions for publishing information

The user may publish information about the services he provides, accessing his personal account by entering his identification and personal security code. The user undertakes to maintain the confidentiality of his security key.
 
The account is personal, unique and non-transferable, and it is prohibited for the same user to register or have more than one Account. 
 
The user will be responsible for all transactions carried out in his account, as access to it is restricted to the entry and use of his security key, for the user's exclusive knowledge. The user undertakes to notify InEventos.com immediately, any unauthorized use of his account, as well as the entry by unauthorized third parties to it. It is hereby clarified that the sale, assignment or transfer of the account under any title is prohibited.
 
InEventos.com is not responsible for content uploaded by registered users/providers, as well as for texts, images, brands, logos, color combinations, or any other item that they publish.

G. Prohibitions

None of the following actions are allowed:

  • Restrict or inhibit other users from using InEventos.com services
  • Posting or transmitting any information that is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, slanderous, vulgar, pornographic or that discriminates against persons by reason of race, ethnic origin, nationality, religion, sex, sexual orientation, profession, social class, disability, age.
  • Publish or transmit any material containing viruses or other harmful components
  • Collect or attempt to collect any information from others, including private identification, keys, accounts and data.

H. Modification of Terms and Conditions 

InEventos.com can modify at any time the terms of use, just by publishing the new document in the Portal.

The user can choose not to accept the changes, for which he must unsubscribe and thus disable his account within 30 days after the publication of the changes. After this period, the user will be deemed to accept the new terms and the contract will continue to bind both parties.

I. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement shall be governed in all its points by the laws in force in the Republic of Costa Rica. 

Any dispute arising out of this agreement, its existence, validity, interpretation, scope or fulfillment, as well as all disputes that may arise in relation to these regulations and their application will be definitively resolved in accordance with the Rules of Conciliation and Arbitration of The Chamber of Commerce of Costa Rica.
