Our Rate

⬤The contracted hours include assembly and disassembly without exceptions. This must be taken into account since the start time must be respected and the end time must be respected as well.
⬤These events must be planned in advance since we are a space that sells tickets in advance and we will have to close the public during the contracted hours.
⬤The conditions to reserve the space are to pay the initial 50% once the reservation is confirmed and the remaining 50% on the day of the event.
⬤If there will be food and beverages during the event, the company that exclusively reserves the space must be responsible for maintaining the good conditions of the facilities and preserving the cleanliness.

Ikono can host only corporate events such as:

⬤Product shootings/photo shoots with models for brands (fashion companies, clothing, accessories, etc.).

The facilities have electrical network service, telephone access, network points, loudspeakers and magnetic detectors on doors. In addition, the premises have an activity license for art gallery, compatible with showroom, air conditioning and heating, possibility of enabling license plates for Madrid Central, open spaces, already decorated rooms, motion and seismic sensors. Also, in the surroundings of the space we have a public parking to leave vehicles 24 hours a day.
